I enjoyed having a place here everything was great from the amenities to the cleanliness. The only issue I would say is the parking area but let’s be honest that is majority of OC. I like the pool set up and it was very relaxing. They had lots of activity areas overlooking the pool as well as places to bbq and gave some food and drinks. Would definitely recommend or get a place here again.
Lived here for a year. Overall experience was great. Maintenance is always on time. They keep it very clean! We didn’t renew the lease because they added a lot to the price so, thats something to keep in mind. Walls, floors are pretty thin just to let you know.
During my visitor's stay at Vivere Flats, a frustrating incident overshadowed the overall experience. Despite being told by a security guard that they had three hours of parking, their car was towed without any warning or written notice, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Upon their return to the car within the supposed time limit, it was shocking to find it missing. It's fair to assume that a security guard, who is an employee of Vivere Flats, represents the establishment's policies. However, seeking clarification from the leasing agent only added to the disappointment, as they were told that parking was strictly limited to one hour, contradicting the initial information provided by the security guard.
Even more disheartening was Vivere Flats' refusal to take responsibility for the supposed misinformed security guard. Instead of acknowledging their staff's error, they shifted blame, leaving my visitor feeling unheard and unfairly penalized for a mistake that was not their own.
As a guest, or in this case, a visitor, one expects clear and accurate information from accommodation staff, especially when it is delivered by a representative of the establishment like a security guard. Regrettably, this experience at Vivere Flats fell far short of expectations. The lack of communication and written warnings regarding parking restrictions, coupled with the apartment complex's failure to take accountability, left a deeply negative impression. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Vivere Flats to others until these issues are thoroughly addressed.

I am very happy with my move to vivere flats! The amenities here are awesome! Especially the pool and the gym! The leasing office also did a great job with application process and they are all super friendly and welcoming :)
If you live on the north side or east side of this complex there’s a dog that is kept outside on a small balcony. This dog will wake you up barking and growling any time from 4 to 9 in the morning and continue barking throughout the day. Management seems to refuse addressing this issue with residents.
Lived here for a year and a half. We had a studio and the amount of issues that we had when it came to neighbors were daily. First off, the FIRE ALARMS GO OFF at least every other week. The walls are INCREDIBLY THIN you can hear not only your next door neighbor but your upstairs neighbor too. We have called multiple times to let them know about the loud noises our upstairs neighbor would do in the middle of the night and never received any updates. There is absolutely no parking and the parking is NOT monitored. The amount of people who park in the handicap spots overnight who aren’t handicap and the the same cars who park in “guest parking” with their pass permits NEED A LIMIT. The restroom has a pipe attached to the ceiling that drains into the bathtub from the AC that stains your bathtub pink from mold and rust and when we told management about it we told it was “normal” and to just clean it. The grills only works on the first floor SOMETIMES the sixth floor grill is broken until who knows when.
The business center has a printer that hasn’t worked for almost a year at this point. We live right as you get off the elevators so other residents would slam doors or leave their trash next to the elevators having us to smell it. When we considered upgrading to a two bed two bath and spoke to management about viewing the apartment, they weren’t listening to us and assumed we were potential renters when we were ALREADY residents living there. Their attitude changes when you’re “looking” versus if you’re already a resident. Cleaning crew and maintenance crew is the ONLY people I can say is the best. They are always extremely helpful and have the best attitude and make it a habit to even say good morning to every resident they encounter. Office management staff complete opposite. Not to mention the the high rent we came in paying $1835 for a studio renewed our lease for six months for $2100?! And then they offered us another lease after the six months for $2500. Mind you the studio was originally $1835.
